1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with jl500, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise engaging with our gaming platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms apply to all aspects of your relationship with jl500, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gaming activities, bonuses, promotions, and dispute resolution.

jl500 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered email address or through prominent notice on the jl500 website. Your continued use of the Services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms that may apply to particular activities on the jl500 platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game or promotional terms, the specific terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering for a jl500 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred username and password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify jl500 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. jl500 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

2.3 Account Verification

jl500 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, and residential address. Acceptable verification documents include valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or other government-issued ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days of request may result in account suspension, restrictions on deposits and withdrawals, or account closure. jl500 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed. All verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with jl500. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. If jl500 discovers that a User has opened multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all wagers placed from duplicate accounts, forfeit all winnings, and confiscate any bonus funds or promotional credits associated with such accounts. The original account may also be permanently closed at jl500's discretion.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposit Requirements

To participate in real-money gaming on jl500, you must deposit funds into your account using one of the approved payment methods. jl500 currently supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer through major Philippine banks (including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank), credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency where available. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100). There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods.

All deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jl500 reserves the right to reject deposits from payment sources that do not match the name on your registered account. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities on the jl500 platform and cannot be transferred to other Users or used for any purpose outside the platform.

3.2 Currency and Conversion

All financial transactions on jl500 are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider or financial institution may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates outside of jl500's control. jl500 is not responsible for any fees, charges, or unfavorable exchange rates applied by third-party payment processors.

3.3 Payment Processing Times

Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, and most electronic payment methods are processed instantly and credited to your jl500 account balance within minutes. Bank transfers may take fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes to process during standard banking hours. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and Philippine public holidays may experience delays. jl500 makes reasonable efforts to process all deposits promptly but cannot guarantee specific processing times due to factors beyond our control, including third-party payment processor delays and banking system limitations.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500). There is no maximum withdrawal limit, although large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification procedures and may be processed in installments at jl500's discretion.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. You may only withdraw funds to the same payment method used for deposits, or to an alternative payment method after completing additional verification procedures. This anti-money laundering measure ensures compliance with Philippine financial regulations.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

jl500 processes most withdrawal requests within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within twenty-four (24) hours. First-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or withdrawals triggering security alerts may require additional review and processing time. jl500 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

If your account has an active bonus or you have received promotional credits, certain wagering requirements may apply before withdrawal is permitted. Detailed bonus terms and wagering requirements are provided in the specific promotional terms applicable to each bonus offer.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

jl500 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs. Such third-party fees are beyond jl500's control, and you are solely responsible for any charges levied by your payment provider.
